PATCO is proud to provide you with an improved email notification service that includes a new eAlert feature. Now, you can tailor the information you receive to your specific commuting needs.

Unlike before, these messages can go either directly to your electronic hand held device, to your PC, or to both, depending on how you set up your account. The new eAlerts will be limited to 160 characters and can be easily viewed on a hand held device. These messages are time sensitive in nature, and meant to notify you of an event or service disruption that may affect your commute. If further information is available about an incident, it will appear on PATCO's website. We will update you in a second eAlert message when the disruption has been cleared.

Service Disruptions Significant deviations (15 minutes or more) from the published schedule that would add time to your trip, alter your departure times, or bypass stations. This information will come to you within minutes of the disruption. You will be sent another short message when the disruption has been resolved. You may select one or all of the time periods for which you would like to be notified. Day and Rush Hours (6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) Evenings and Owl (7:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.) Weekends (Friday 7:00 p.m. - Monday 6:00 a.m.)

Station Maintenance Any scheduled maintenance work that would alter the functionality of a PATCO station or disrupt services in PATCO stations (such as restrooms, elevators, or parking lots). You will be sent another short message when the disruption has been resolved.

Being a current PATCO Information subscriber will not automatically enroll you in this new service. You must re-enroll. It is easy! Just fill out the form below. Select the information you want to receive, and provide us with your hand held device email, email address or BOTH!

Please consult your carrier/provider for instructions on how to determine your cell phone email address. Example: "555555555@mobile.mycingular.net" Also, please be sure to check with your carrier/provider that text messaging is enabled on your cell phone.

Privacy Notice: Your privacy is important to us. PATCO will not distribute your email address to any outside entity.
